The best customer service I have ever had with a hvac company Greg took his time and explained everything down to the point as me and my wife are on a budget and we’re looking for a good reliable HVAC system. Greg recommended us one of the best companies out there and had installed an HVAC unit with AC and heating the installation. He made excellent repairs to our HVAC system which in return will allow it to be better, more functionable and economical in its usage. I needed to replace my central heating and air. I found Nextgen online and am so happy I called them. The owner, Krikor, made and appointment to come out to give me a free estimate. He talked me through everything. He made me feel comfortable knowing that I had called a very experienced company. We agreed on the price and selected dates. The installation went very smoothly. His team of installers were knowledgeable and very polite. After three days of hard work, everything is working very well. The job is complete. They cleaned up and took away the old unit and trash. I am very happy with Nextgen and would highly recommend them. Thank you, Krikor and Nextgen! Just had my 6 month maintenance service with John.
